You will need to make your own travel and health insurance arrangements to cover your needs.
Please only book your flights once your place on the retreat has been secured.
If you, as client, cancel up to 30 days in advance of the start of the retreat, we will refund the balance paid but will retain the deposit.
If you, as client, cancel 14 days or fewer before the start of the retreat, we will be unable to refund the cost of the retreat or return your deposit.
Any client choosing to leave the Riad earlier than scheduled will not receive a refund for unused accommodation.
In the event of unforeseen circumstances requiring Rhapsody Retreats to cancel, we will refund all monies paid to us.
Our liability to the client in the event of cancellation or postponement by Rhapsody Retreats is limited to the deposit and any other sum the client has paid to Rhapsody Retreats for the above retreat. We have no liability whatsoever for any and all other costs or expenses incurred by the client, including, but in no way limited to, any and all travel costs, as a result of the cancellation or postponement of Rhapsody Retreats by us for any reason whatsoever.
